The Shoe Lovers Rewards® Program (the "Program") is offered by TOWN SHOES LIMITED ("TSL"). By becoming members of the Program ("Members"), Members agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from TSL, except where expressly disallowed as a profile preference. The TOWN SHOES LIMITED logo, Shoe Lovers Rewards® logo and other Program logos and taglines are the intellectual property of TSL. By enrolling in the Program, Members agree to all of the terms and conditions of the Program (the “Terms”). Membership rules are void to the extent prohibited by law. Provincial and federal fees and taxes may apply where required by law.
These Terms are separate and independent from other DSW Inc. rewards programs, including the DSW SHOE LOVERS REWARDS Shoe Lover Visa® and the SHOE LOVERS REWARDS Shoe Lover Visa® Signature Credit Card.
Program membership ("Membership") is open to individuals at least 13 years of age. Commercial customers and others purchasing items for resale are not eligible for Membership. Employees of TSL (or its affiliates or subsidiaries) and their spouses and children under the age of 23 living at home are not eligible for Membership.
Membership is non-transferable and subject to present and future Program rules. Membership is valid only at participating TSL retail store locations and at related web properties. Enrollment becomes effective and acceptance of these Terms begins when a new Member enrolls in the Program. TSL may change the Program rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation or point levels for rewards, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the points already accumulated. Unless prohibited by law, TSL may change or terminate Program partners, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward, increase the points required for any reward, modify or regulate the transferability of rewards or benefits, institute or add reward blackout dates or limit the number of rewards for use by any one individual on any one purchase.
Unless prohibited by law, TSL may, at any time, terminate or modify the Program and Program rules without any further obligations to Members.
Abuse of the Program, including failure to follow these Program Terms, policies and procedures, the sale or barter of reward certificates, products, points or other promotional offers, using multiple Program accounts ("Rewards Accounts") in an effort to abuse the Program and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct, as determined by TSL in its sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the Member's Rewards Account, future disqualification from Program participation, forfeiture of all points accrued, and cancellation of previously issued but unused reward certificates. In connection with the enforcement of any of the Terms governing the Program, TSL reserves the right to take appropriate legal action as it deems necessary to recover damages, legal fees and court costs.
TSL reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these Terms. All determinations by TSL shall be final and conclusive in each case. These Terms supersede all previously published terms and conditions.
As a condition of Membership, Members may receive Program updates and other related materials at the discretion of TSL. TSL reserves the right to cease mailing of Program updates and related materials to any inactive Member.

TSL reserves the right to make Program points and promotional offers available to select Members based on purchase activity, geographic location, Program participation or information supplied by the Member.
By enrolling in this Program, Members agree that: (i) you will contact us directly and give us the opportunity to try to resolve any and all disputes before you take any action in court or otherwise; (ii) to the extent permitted by law, any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Program shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (iii) any and all Member claims, judgments and awards shall in no event include legal fees; and (iv) and to the extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will Member be permitted to obtain awards for, and Member hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
A Member may cancel his or her Membership at any time by notifying TSL by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at 1-888-874-6326. TSL, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel an individual Membership upon notice to the Member.
If there is no Rewards Account activity or points from any source posted to a Member's Rewards Account for twenty-four (24) consecutive months, the Rewards Account will be closed, including forfeiture of all accrued points.
Members of the Program accrue points for every dollar spent on any Eligible Product Purchase (as defined below). Points accrue when a Member's Program number is provided at the time of purchase in-store or online. Points are accrued on purchases at the following rate:
10 points for every dollar spent on Eligible Product Purchases.
Points accrued will be rounded to the nearest whole number.
Points will post to Member's Rewards Account within approximately 24-48 hours from the later of purchase or date of shipment. No adjustments to Member's Rewards Account will be made after 90 days from the actual purchase date.
Point calculations are based upon dollars spent at checkout on Eligible Product Purchases less any dollars spent on goods and services/harmonized sales tax or other value-added taxes, shipping charges, delivery charges, restocking fees, rebates applied at the time of purchase, the dollar amount of available mail-in rebates at the time of purchase of any product or service, the dollar amount of the purchase of Gift Cards and eGift Cards, the dollar amount of any Gift Card or eGift Card offer with purchase or other excluded charges.
Members do not receive points for the amount of any Certificates (defined below) redeemed or discounts applied. When Members return products to the store or by mail, points previously posted to the Member's Rewards Account for that purchase will be forfeited. Other exclusions may apply. Points apply only to the first Membership number scanned in connection with any purchase. Membership cards and points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
TSL is not responsible for communications, including Certificates, lost due to change of address or other contact information. Points that remain on Member's Rewards Account are forfeited if the Program is terminated or the Member's Rewards Account is closed due to inactivity or for any other reason and will not be reinstated upon reactivation of a Rewards Account. In the event that a Member returns merchandise that was partially or wholly paid for with a Certificate, the Certificate used in connection with such a purchase will be reissued for use with the original expiry date.
TSL reserves the right to change the Program at any time without notice, including the imposition of new point expiration terms.
All points and subsequent rewards must be used according to the Terms.
Points and Certificates are not transferable and may not be combined among Members or conveyed by any means to anyone, including through a Member's estate, and may not pass to Members' heirs, beneficiaries, administrators or executors. Accrued points do not constitute property of the Member. Accrued points are not transferable by the Member (i) upon death, (ii) as part of domestic relations proceedings, or (iii) otherwise.
"Eligible Product Purchases" means purchases of non-excluded products, such as footwear, handbags and accessories, at all participating TSL retail store locations and at related web properties. TSL has the right to make the final decision on whether a purchase qualifies as an Eligible Product Purchase.
If a court of competent jurisdiction or any government agency determines that any provision of these Terms is void or unenforceable, that provision will continue to be enforceable to the extent permitted by that court or agency, and the remainder of that provision will no longer be considered as part of these Terms. However, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We can delay enforcing our rights under these Terms without losing the right to do so in the future. In addition, our failure to exercise our rights on any one occasion, or even on more than one occasion, does not constitute a waiver of our rights for any future occasion. For every 2,000 points Members accumulate in the Program, Members will receive a free promotional certificate for $10 off the purchase of any eligible products or services at participating TSL retail store locations (a “Certificate”). Certificates will be automatically added to your online account for every 2,000 points accumulated under the Program. Certificates will be delivered 1 day after the Member becomes eligible to receive a Certificate.
Certificates are valid for 90 days from date of issue and may be redeemed in store only. TSL reserves the right to change the Program at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
Members in good standing may receive up to a maximum of 50 Certificates per year. Certificates may be used in conjunction with other Certificates and most other discounts or offers toward the purchase of products, not to exceed purchase amount. Some exclusions may apply and there is a limit of three (3) Certificates/discounts/offers per transaction. No photocopies or facsimiles accepted.
Certificates are not valid on prior purchases, online purchases, shipping and handling, certain products and services, purchases of TSL Gift Cards and eGift Cards or for taxes or fees. Certificates are not redeemable for cash and no change/currency will be given for Certificate redemption. Members may be notified of additional ineligible products and services. Other restrictions may apply. Lost, stolen or expired Certificates will not be replaced.back to top
Members who accumulate 6,000 VIP Qualifying Points (defined below) within one calendar year will be upgraded to VIP Membership status within one business day after the qualifying purchase is posted to the qualifying Member's Rewards Account.
Members who qualify for VIP status in the current calendar year will retain their status through the following calendar year, subject to revocation for inactivity (as described below).
VIP Members receive all of the base Program benefits above, plus the following:
50% bonus on base points accrued: 15 points for every dollar spent on Eligible Product Purchases while a VIP Member; and
2 special bonus points shopping days reserved for VIP Members only, to be determined by TSL in its discretion.back to top
Shoe Lovers Rewards “VIP Qualifying Points" include base Program reward points but exclude bonus points of any kind. VIP Qualifying Points are tracked and reported separately from total Program points (which include bonus points). Membership, including VIP status, is not transferable. A VIP Member Account may only be used by the Member named on the card. VIP Membership status may be revoked by TSL after twenty-four (24) consecutive months of inactivity, and all accrued Qualifying Points shall be forfeited.back to top
